Mail-In Repairs

Things change fast, and now we're closed to all walk-ins and aren't taking any face-to-face appointments in the shop. However, we will make exceptions for healthcare workers, who should contact us in advance either via our contact page here or call us at 02890 832600.

These are tricky times to negotiate, as I'm sure you'll appreciate, and all measures we've taken are to ensure the absolute minimum amount of contact between the public and our staff.

We will do our utmost to continue to serve the Apple device-using community of Northern Ireland through this crisis, especially with how essential those devices have become for remote working in the last few days.
