Mail in your Mac for service
During this time we are now offering a mail in service. You can ship your Mac to us for service and we will ship it back to you. You can either pack your Mac up for shipping securely or contact us and we will mail you out a shipping box with instructions on how to pack your Mac securely.
This mail in service is ONLY for laptops, desktop Macs may be able to be collected and dropped off, contact us on 02890832600 for more information for desktop collection.
How to get your Mac ready for service:
Backup your Mac.
Know the name and password of your user account,
if you have a firmware password please turn that off and disable Find my Device if your Mac has a T2 Security chip.
To disable Find My Device follow this guide from Apple's website.
Mail in your iOS Device for service
During this time we are now offering a mail in service. You can ship your iPhone or iPad to us for service and we will ship it back to you. Package your device up securely for shipping or alternatively contact us on 02890832600 and we can mail out a shipping box for you to
mail your device to us.
How to get your iOS Device ready for service:
Backup your device if possible either through iCloud or iTunes.
Have your AppleID password ready, you may need them to turn off
Find my iPhone.
Mail your device or any accessories you may need help with.
