On October 7th Apple have updated the repair process to the 15" MacBook Pro battery recall.
The service strategy has been changed to Mac-Sys being able to do the repair in house rather than a mail in. This helps speed up the repair time as previously the repair time was 2-3 weeks and now it is between 2-3 days for repair completion.
This greatly reduces the time you are without your Mac and enable us to get your Mac repair completed faster and without the need for a mail in!
